The key concept behind this two-storey tropical abode was to harness the overall architectural form, with the spatial arrangement centered around a courtyard garden to create its own microclimate. The central hub facilitates cross-ventilation, enabling every space of the structure to breathe while keeping the sun out;  and effectively addressing the climatic adversities presented by the Terai region.
